FleetIT will initially grab all the vehicles from Fleetio and then update them in the FleetIT system daily at 8 am (UTC time zone). Once FleetIT receives new tolls or ticket violations, Expense Entries are then pushed to Fleetio for the corresponding vehicles with the standard fields and custom fields as listed below.
